Once the new board is elected, they should have the management company looking into online sites such as eneighbor.com or http://www.neighborhoodlink.com/. Sites like these are specifically tailored for Home Owner Associations and have more robust features than this simple free forum site. These types of sites cost about $50 to $100 monthly but take the place of monthly newsletters (not that we were getting any) and give the HOA a sense of community. Just an idea.

The Board Elections will occur on Thursday Aug 16 @ 7pm by the pool.
There are 3 board of director positions open for election.
